About Orders

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

We cannot accept cancellations after your order has been confirmed.
Once your order is confirmed, the sales contract is established.

Since we begin shipping preparations immediately after order confirmation, we are unable to process cancellations in our system.

Please carefully review your order details before proceeding. We appreciate your understanding.

Can I change or partially cancel my order after placing it?

We cannot accept changes to your order details (products, quantity, color, size, etc.) after order confirmation. We also cannot process cancellations followed by re-orders, so please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Can I add items to my order or combine two orders to the same address?

Due to system limitations, we cannot accept requests to add items to an order or combine/consolidate multiple orders to the same address.

Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

We cannot accept changes to the shipping address after order confirmation.

Can I change my billing address after placing my order?

We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once shipping is complete, we will send you an email with detailed information. Delivery dates and times vary depending on your delivery location.

We cannot accept changes to the billing address after order confirmation due to system limitations.

Where can I check my order details?

After your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email (automatically sent). Please check that email for your order details.

I haven't received my order confirmation email.

This could be due to several reasons:

1. Your email settings may have filtered the email to "Spam" or "Promotions" folder.
If you don't receive the order confirmation email, it may have been sorted into your spam folder.
If you have email blocking or domain filtering enabled, please disable it to allow emails from our address (peachkissmikoto@gmail.com).
Especially if you use free email services (Yahoo Mail, Gmail, Hotmail, etc.), the email may be filtered to the spam folder due to that service's settings.

Please check your "Spam" or "Deleted" folder.

For information on how to disable spam filters, please refer to your email service provider's website.
If you use other email services, similar options are available. Please contact your service provider for assistance.

2. Your security software may be filtering the email as spam.
Please check the spam settings in your security software installed on your computer.

3. You may have spoofing email rejection enabled.
The "spoofing email rejection" feature blocks emails that appear to be from a forged sender address.

If this feature is preventing you from receiving emails, please try disabling it temporarily and then check for emails.

The settings vary depending on your email software (including free email services) and mobile carrier, so please contact your service provider for assistance.

4. Your registered email address may be incorrect.
The email address you entered during purchase may have been misspelled.

5. Your email server may be full and unable to receive messages.

Your email account may not have enough storage space to receive new messages. Please check your email account storage and delete unnecessary emails if needed.

Shipping and Delivery

When will my order be shipped?

【Weekdays (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)】
・Orders placed by 11:00 AM → Shipped same day or next business day
・Orders placed after 11:00 AM → Shipped next business day or within 2 business days

【Weekend and Holiday Orders】
Shipped within 1-2 business days

※Business days are weekdays only, excluding weekends and holidays.

【Shipping Examples】
・Monday 9:00 AM order → Shipped Monday or Tuesday
・Friday 12:00 PM order → Shipped the following Monday or Tuesday
 (If Monday is a holiday → Shipped Tuesday or Wednesday)

We typically ship orders on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot accommodate special requests such as "please ship today." We appreciate your understanding.

※If order volume is high, shipping may be delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

Once shipping is complete, we will send you a notification with your tracking number. You can specify delivery date and time preferences directly with the carrier.

When will my order arrive?

Orders with a total of 8,000 yen (including tax) or more in a single transaction qualify for free shipping.

Can I use a convenience store pickup option?

Once shipping is complete, we will send you an email with your tracking number. Please contact the carrier directly using that number to arrange pickup at a convenience store.

Can I have one order shipped to multiple addresses?

Due to system limitations, we cannot split shipments.

Please place a separate order for each delivery address.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We currently do not offer gift wrapping services.

What will be listed as the product name on the shipping label?

The product will be listed as "Clothing" on the shipping label.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return my order?

We accept returns and exchanges only if you contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

※We do not accept returns or exchanges for items in good condition due to customer preference (such as color, size, or image mismatch).

After the 5-day period, we cannot accommodate any returns or exchanges, including defective items.

Please open and inspect your package as soon as possible after receiving it.

If you receive a defective item or incorrect product, please reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at the email address below.
